Front of House (FOH) staff are responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires strong reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness and service standards. FOH staff represent the brand and are expected to maintain high performance during all shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Take orders accurately using the POS system, answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Handle payments and tips properly
• Resolve basic guest concerns politely and escalate when needed
Food & Beverage Service
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently
• Ensure correct presentation and quality
• Assist with running food, bussing, and restocking
• Maintain clean service stations
Cleanliness & Organization
• Keep dining area, counters, and service stations clean
• Follow daily, weekly, and deep-clean schedules
• Properly dispose of waste and recycling
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Teamwork & Operations
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Communicate clearly with BOH and management
• Follow shift assignments and rotations
• Assist with opening and closing duties
Timekeeping & Attendance
• Clock in and out accurately using company systems
• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Follow break and scheduling policies
• Provide advance notice for absences whenever possible
Employees are expected to:
• Maintain consistent attendance
• Give timely notice if unable to work
• Avoid excessive last-minute call-outs
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Act respectfully toward guests, coworkers, and supervisors
• Protect company property and equipment
Repeated attendance issues or policy violations may result in disciplinary action.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain alcohol service certifications (if applicable)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• POS system experience (Square preferred)
• Multilingual abilities (a plus)
WORK SCHEDULE
• Shifts will be 11:00 - 9:30 everyday, except Sunday 11:00 - 8:00. Mornings required, full availability preferred.
• Schedule is based on business needs
• Flexibility is required, especially during peak periods
