As a Niko Niko Boba Team Member, you create the Niko Niko Boba Experience for our customers by providing a worldwide standard of customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment.

You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Niko Niko Boba’s guiding principles and best of all, you’ll be part of a company and brand that is consistently growing and changing the way people enjoy tea and coffee beverages.
Key Responsibilities
    •    Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Niko Niko Boba. 
    •    Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
    •    Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. 
    •    Follows Niko Niko Boba’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all groups during each shift. 
    •    Maintains a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and the ease of locating resources and product as needed.
    •    Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
    •    Consistently provides quality beverages for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards of Niko Niko Boba. 
    •    Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment usage.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this position are frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine, hearing, seeing, speaking, carrying , bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand to 8 hours, and the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable.
