As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll be at the heart of our store’s look and feel, making sure every display tells a story, every mannequin inspires, and every customer walks in ready to explore their style. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and team to create an unforgettable shopping experience that’s on-brand, fresh, and exciting—all while driving sales and staying ahead of the latest trends.

What You’ll Do

Create a Standout Shopping Experience

● Set up stylish and engaging Sales Floor & Window displays that captivate customers and align with Edikted’s brand vision.

● Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and educate the store team on seasonal styles, key campaigns, and brand guidelines.

● Ensure well-styled mannequins and visually inspiring displays lead customers on a journey through the store.

Drive Sales Through Visual Impact

● Partner with the Store Manager to identify new commercial opportunities and execute floor moves that maximize sales.

● Create a seamless shopping experience by ensuring a clear flow and easy navigation throughout the store.

● Implement and maintain all sales campaigns and promotions to perfection. Master the Art of Visual Storytelling

● Execute window and in-store displays with a "red thread" approach—connecting fashion trends with wearable styling suggestions.

● Keep visual materials fresh and updated, ensuring the store always feels new, exciting, and on-brand.

● Organize and maintain all visual props, marketing materials, and display tools with a sustainability mindset.

● Stay hands-on—painting, styling, and setting up displays that make an impact. Lead, Train & Inspire the Team

● Support and coach the store team to elevate the shopping experience through outstanding garment presentation.

● Lead visual training sessions to enhance the team’s styling and commercial skills.

● Identify and mentor future Visual Merchandising talent for career growth.

Stay Compliant & Secure

● Ensure all in-store and window signage meets local laws and brand standards.

● Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.

What You Bring

● 1-2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, styling, or retail (or transferable skills!).

● Ability to lift 20+ lbs, bend, stretch, and engage in physical tasks like moving mannequins and setting up displays.

● Comfortable using hand and power tools (irons, steamers, etc.).
