As a Keyholder, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting day-to-day store operations. We're looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven team player who leads by example and shares our passion for culinary excellence.



Objective:



ZWILLING is looking for a part time Retail Keyholder to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player, with a strong focus on customer service, leading by example, and a culinary passion!



What You'll Do

As a Retail Keyholder, you'll help create an outstanding shopping experience while supporting store leadership through:



Providing shift leadership and serving as a trusted floor leader

Opening and closing the store, including POS and asset management responsibilities

Partnering with store management to support daily business operations

Processing replenishment efficiently to ensure optimal inventory levels

Delivering exceptional customer service that drives sales and brand loyalty

Maintaining compelling visual merchandising and product presentation standards

Conducting engaging product demonstrations and in-store experiences

Assisting with special events and collaborating with the Events Manager to bring the brand to life

Qualifications:



A genuine passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Dedication to exceptional customer service and continuous improvement

Previous retail sales experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift 35+ pounds and safely use a ladder

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available at this time
