As a Key Sales Associate, you'll be more than a salesperson — you'll be a style advisor, customer experience expert, and key member of the store team.

What You'll Do

Create an exciting, welcoming experience for every customer.

Build genuine connections and help customers find jewelry they'll love.

Drive sales by confidently recommending products, services, and piercing experiences.

Help the team achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Support store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.

Assist with cash handling, deposits, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations.

Help maintain an organized, clean, and visually exciting sales floor.

Lead by example and motivate teammates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Handle customer concerns professionally and help create positive resolutions.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

A natural people person who enjoys connecting with customers.

Confident communicator with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
