Assistant Manager | Amorino Gelato Mall of America
We are seeking an ambitious and hands on Assistant Manager to help lead our new Mall of America team and help deliver the exceptional hospitality for which Amorino is known.
Your Role:
• Lead, inspire, and develop our Gelato Artists
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Amorino’s premium standards
• Drive sales and support store performance
• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and presentation
• Create a positive, elegant, and energetic guest experience
You Bring:
• 1-3 years leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage
• A passion for people, service, and excellence
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, confident, and hands on approach
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
