Position Summary

As a assistant manager at Evry Jewels, you will play a critical role in supporting store leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, deliver unforgettable customer experiences and build authentic, genuine relationships.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales while taking on additional responsibilities such as opening/closing the store and supporting team supervision. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales targets
Model exceptional customer service standards and effectively handle customer concerns or conflicts
Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience, including styling and product recommendations
Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily store operations
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash management procedures
Support operational and maintenance duties to ensure the store is well-presented and running efficiently
Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of retail experience is an asset
A strong sense of style! As a assistant manager, you represent the brand and must have a solid understanding of the Evry Jewels aesthetic. We want you to inspire both your team and our customers.
Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
